Shipping

Maanesten provides fast delivery within 5-6 working days in europe, with precaution of sold out goods and an extended delivery time of up to 10 working days during sale and Christmas. We ship your order in one package. The delivery time may be extended if one of your ordered items is not in stock.

If you order later than 12 o’clock the delivery time will be extended with one day. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you directly as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order is shipped. At the same time, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email.

Delivery

All packages are send with GLS. Once we send your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking ID. Maanesten can not be held responsible for delays at our courier.

We offer free shipping when the order value is 75 euro or more.

Returns to the webshop

We offer a 14-day return policy for items purchased on the webshop, provided that a valid order confirmation or order number is presented.

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused and returned in its original packaging or box. Items with a return tag may be exchanged for a store credit within the stated return period.

Please note that special return conditions may apply to certain products, including but not limited to advent calendars, bundles, and promotional items. For more information, please refer to the section “Product packages, bundles and calendars” and other relevant sections of our Terms & Conditions.

Maanesten A/S does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label at their own expense, for example via GLS or PostNord.

We do not accept returns sent to parcel shops, pickup points, or in-store collection locations. Returns must be sent as home delivery or to a business address to the following address:

During Sale

During Black Friday and sale it might take up to 12 working days for orders to be delivered.

All sale products purchased online can be returned an exchanged within 14 days upon receive. It is not possible to extend the right of return. It is not possible to exchange or return sale products purchased in our physical stores.
