During Black Friday and sale it might take up to 15 working days for orders to be delivered.
Items purchased in our online shop can be returned or exchanged in both our physical stores our by sending the package to: Maanesten AS, Købmagergade 62, 3. sal, 1150 København K, Denmark. It might take up to 14 working days before your product is refunded during sale.
All sale products purchased online can be returned an exchanged within 14 days upon receive. It is not possible to extend the right of return. It is not possible to exchange or return sale products purchased in our physical stores.
Shipping
Maanesten provides fast delivery within 5-6 working days in europe, with precaution of sold out goods and an extended delivery time of up to 10 working days during sale and Christmas. We ship your order in one package. The delivery time may be extended if one of your ordered items is not in stock.
If you order later than 12 o’clock the delivery time will be extended with one day. If an item is not in stock, we will contact you directly as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order is shipped. At the same time, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email.
Delivery
All packages are send with GLS. Once we send your order, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking ID. Maanesten can not be held responsible for delays at our courier.
