Can I cancel or change my order?
We pack your order as quickly as possible, which is why it is not possible to cancel or change your order.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders placed before 12 we usually send the same day. There may be an extended delivery time in connection with e.g. sales and Christmas, where the delivery time can be up to ten working days. See more information under Delivery & Returns.
I have not received my order, what do I do?
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, you must contact our customer service at kundeservice@maanesten.com and we will help you find the package. You can see the estimated delivery time under the item Delivery & Return.
I have received a wrong product, what do I do?
If you have received a wrong product in your order, contact us at kundeservice@maanesten.com and we will correct the error.
How do I know that Maanesten has received my return item?
When we have registered your return order, you will receive an email stating that the item has been received and the money has been returned. Remember to save your receipt for the shipment, as we are not responsible for lost packages sent to Maanesten.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have registered your return order, it can take up to five banking days before the money is returned.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Maanesten offers free shipping on all orders over DKK 500. For orders below, the shipping fee is DKK 29.
How can I pay on Maanesten's webshop?
We accept Mobilepay, Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, JCB and Diners Club.
What materials are Maanesten's jewelery made of?
Maanesten's jewelery is made of recycled sterling silver (925), and the gilding is 18 carat gold. Our diamond jewelery is created in 18 carat gold and natural diamonds.
