Delivery time

Maanesten provides fast delivery within 2-4 working days, however not during the Christmas period and during SALE and Black Friday. Here, a delivery time of up to 10 working days can be expected. Under sale, one box is included per order. We ship your order in bulk, so if one of your items is out of stock, it will delay the total shipment. We send our packages with GLS. Maanesten cannot be held responsible for delays with our package distributors. When ordering later than 12.00, the delivery time will be extended by one day. In the event that an item cannot be delivered as stated, we will contact you within 2-4 working days.

Sale and Black Friday

During sales and Black Friday, it can take up to 10 working days for goods to be delivered.

Goods purchased on the webshop can be exchanged both in our physical stores and by sending the goods as a business package to the following address: Maanesten AS, Købmagergade 62, 3. sal, 1150 København K. Maanesten does not pick up packages delivered to a parcel shop. A processing time of up to 14 working days can be expected for a return package during sales.

We offer up to 14-day returns on sale items purchased via the online shop from the time the package is collected. It is not possible to extend the right of return during sales, e.g. if the purchase is for a gift.

It is not possible to exchange or return sale items purchased in our physical stores.

Campaigns and Free gift with purchase

In promotions where a free gift is included with a purchase, this is valid while stocks last. If the order is fully or partially cancelled or returned, and the remaining order value no longer meets the promotion requirement, the received gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift, corresponding to the stated promotional value, from the refund amount.

Gift card

Gift cards purchased online or in one of our stores are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Gift cards purchased online are sent automatically after completed payment and can be used both online and in our physical stores.

Gift cards purchased in-store can generally only be used in stores. If you wish to use your gift card online, it must first be converted. Please contact customer service via email or phone for assistance.

Gift Card Payout

In accordance with applicable regulations, we offer the possibility to redeem the value of a gift card for cash, subject to an administration fee of 50 DKK.

Terms for payout:

Gift cards can be redeemed for cash upon request.
A fixed fee of 50 DKK will be deducted per payout.
The payout is made to the person in possession of the gift card, unless otherwise agreed.
Any remaining balance after deduction of the fee will be paid out via bank transfer (or another agreed method).
Processing time is up to 5 business days.

We reserve the right to refuse payout in case of suspected misuse or if the gift card is not valid.

Cancellation right

There is a 14-day right of cancellation on all goods from the day the goods are received. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. You are welcome to try an item on, but if Maanesten considers that the item has been used, it cannot be returned. The item is considered used if it has been used beyond what is possible when trying on a piece of jewelry in a shop.

Maanesten does not pay for shipping costs. Once Maanesten has received and approved the item, the money is deposited into your account within a few days. For practical details, see the section 'Right of complaint'.

Right of complaint

Maanesten provides a two-year right of complaint in accordance with the Sales Act for extensive manufacturing and material defects that are detected during normal use of the product. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage, or wear and tear directly or indirectly caused by incorrect operation or poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects, which should be discovered by usual examination of the item, must be notified to kundeservice@maanesten.com within 14 days of purchase. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange, or by agreement, if necessary. crediting. In connection with complaint cases, Maanesten bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

Refunds are always made by bank transfer. The refunded amount is returned to the same account that completed the purchase.

Registration of personal information

No information registered on Maanesten.com will be transferred, sold, or made available to third parties. All personal information is only available to trusted employees at Maanesten.

In connection with electronic payment, we do not store any credit card information for security reasons. To a certain extent, financial information must only be transferred to PBS at the time of payment. This takes place with maximum security measures via an encrypted SSL connection according to regulations from PBS. The transaction is handled via epay.dk, which ensures compliance with applicable security requirements.

During a purchase, the necessary delivery and contact information is entered. This information is used exclusively for processing your order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form and stored for five years. The information is normally of no use but can be used in a possible police investigation—all fake orders are reported to the police.

Shipping and handling costs

In addition to the price of the item, a fee of 10 euro is applied covering handling and shipping. Orders over 75 euro are free of shipping costs.

Charges for payment cards

At Maanesten, you can pay with most credit and debit cards. The amount is deducted when the item is dispatched. After the purchase, a receipt for your purchase is sent directly to your e-mail address. PBS charges a fee for using payment cards. In Maanesten, we have chosen to cover these costs.
